FSR Contracting Inc. has been providing Thermal Moisture protection and Masonry Restoration in the WNY area for over 10 years. FSR Contracting has built a diverse customer base in the private sector, as well as with some very respectable General Contractors and Construction Managers.
Thermal Moisture Protection is mainly used in the commercial construction market. Whether it is air barrier for cavity walls, or waterproofing for foundation walls, FSR can provide any type of protection necessary. Many of the materials that we use are not readily available to the general public and require our employees to receive special training for proper application. The materials we use come with a wide variety of guarantees and warranties to suit all of your construction projects. In addition to Thermal Moisture Protection, FSR Contracting also provides Masonry Restoration to both the commercial and private sectors. Our Restoration program includes the replacement of old and deteriorated mortar joints with new mortar joints, and new or resized masonry openings for doors and windows.
